From here you can inbibe the historical city of Birgu, home to the Knights of Malta, sunbathe, sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings, go swimming from several local spots and easily visit the capital city of Valletta.

Aa retired teacher from UK, I came to Malta because I fell in love with the place and the people. I have two grown-up children who live in UK, and whom I visit regularly. I also love to travel!

The Three Cities are an authentic part of Malta where one can still see the wonderful architecture of the Knights and the British, the Inquisitor's Palace, Fort St Angelo, the Malta at War Museum, the Maritime Museum and be close to the sea and the Grand Harbour with its ferry, beautiful djahsas, Fort St Angelo, and many street cafes. Parking outside the house is easy and free, except on Tuesdays when the Birgu Market is in situ. it is best, then, to find a spot around the corner. We have buses right outside the house for Valletta, Isla, Mater Dei, and on our side of the road to Marsaskala and St Thomas Bay.
