Apartment " Azur Le Dattier ", just a 5-minute walk from Flic-en-Flac beach, offers 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite, on the second floor of a pretty bungalow in Résidence Le Dattier (Avenue des vergers). The accommodation comprises 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with all modern conveniences: oven, microwave, fridge, electric coffee machine and washing machine. The cosy living room is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The flat also has a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access and board games. The terrace overlooks a sumptuous oblong swimming pool, in the centre of a courtyard surrounded by picturesque greenery. Within the grounds of Résidence Le Dattier, in addition to the swimming pool, you will also enjoy a bucolic picnic area around a large fish pond. The property is well-secured, with a digital access code and a night watchman. Free private enclosed parking is also available to tenants. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants in the charming seaside town of Flic-en-Flac. Residence " Azur Le Dattier " is a 4-minute drive from the Cascavelle shopping centre and half an hour from the airport.
