Hello. Kot Nu - Beach Themed Apartment forms part of a secured complex. It is on the ground floor and has a terrace. Maximum 4 guests can stay at the apartment (including infants and children). Both of its room have air conditioning. Limited parking slots are available at the front of the complex which can be used on 1st come, 1st served basis. Else, guests can park free of charge along the road. Please note that this property doesn't accept same day bookings. Kindly contact me first for same day bookings. Additional rules are applicable for longterm stays. Additional Information: Mauritius is a small island in the Indian Ocean, famous for its landscape of verdant mountains and sandy white beaches lapped by azure waters. Whether you prefer the ocean waves or the tranquillity of the lagoon, there is plenty to keep visitors occupied above and below the water. And, since it is a tropical island, we have harmless insects throughout the country - anti-insect spray is available at the apartment for protection of guests.

The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Approx 3-4 mins away.
