We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. Every home is unique, but they all have one thing in common. This is that they are very well looked after and will make a great place to stay for your time here in La Paz. A stylish and comfortable newly constructed townhome with a private BBQ patio. - Located inside the beautiful new residential development with 24/7 security - Gorgeous swimming pool, kids’ playground, BBQ onsite, 2 private parking spots - 15-min drive to downtown La Paz & the Malecón, a 25-min drive to El Coromuel Beach - Near restaurants/bars, grocery stores like Walmart, Chedraui & Liverpool shopping mall - Fiber optic 30 Mbps, washer & dryer in the home There is currently construction taking place in front of the house for the next 6-8 months, so the noise generated by said construction is from 7:30 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. Please note guests must climb stairs to access the bedrooms upstairs. Per the HOA bylaws, noise of any kind is strictly forbidden after 9 pm, and no pets are allowed on the property. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a fifty six USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
