Welcome to Ipoh. Introducing a newly refurbished unit and it is located on the higher level (level 21) of the apartment. . You’ll have the entire apartment unit to yourselves and spacious to fit up to 6 pax. Guest is able to enjoy the swimming pool and the garden. ***Free Parking:*** 3 parkings are allocated for each homestay, of which 1 will be using the owner’s parking lot (roofed) and 2 will be at the visitors’ parking (nearby, at the open area). Self check in and check out instructions will be given to the guests. *****A security deposit of MYR 200 is required upon check in.***** This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out (within 48 hours). Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. ****Late check-out will be deducted RM50 per half and hour from the deposit.**** Strictly: No Smoking, No Pet Allowed, No Party Allowed, No Alcohol and Pork (as most of the guest will be muslim guest).
