Property information

IKO Homes are apartment units of different designs with options of a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom - all of which are very cosy! Located just 5-10 minutes drive from KK's city center, Elopura is nestled between Sabah's State Museum (10 minute walk) and the Rainforest Park which is just across the road. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital is less than a 10 minute walk making it a convenient place for visiting families & friends to stay. All the units have an equipped kitchen where cooking is allowed, laundry area with washing machine, living area, 2 bathrooms, dining space and balcony. Cable TV, WiFi and parking provided.

The apartment is situated 5-10mins drive from KK's city center depending on traffic.
