The hosts contacted us on Whatsapp prior to arrival, and were very clear with check in instructions which was appreciated. They also communicated to us about a washing machine issue so gave us the option of another apartment. We were travelling in 2 family groups, so had 2 x apartments, a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom was great, the 3rd bedroom was like a studio it was extremely spacious. The view was amazing, the rooms were very quiet and location of the accomdation superb - the bakery, cafe and other shops downstairs were really handy, and we were only a very short walk or Grab away to amazing food courts, the malls, and hawker eateries. The hosts were superb, super responsive to any issues that we had. I think we got a great taste of Penang from this accomodation, I would highly recommend for family groups!

The room is clean and has been fitted with good furniture and appliances. We liked the state of the art LG Water filter, very very useful, especially when u needed either the cold or warm water fast. The location is great, walking distance to many eateries and about 10-15 mins walk to Giant supermarket.

We liked the location with easy access to the city centre and elsewhere by foot, bus or taxi. The rooms were clean, the facilities good, the amenities of a gym and swimming pool an added bonus.
