WELCOME TO AARON L HOMESTAY We offer spacious Semi D for family and friends who wants to have a gathering or gateaway in Kota Kinabalu. Meanwhile, we have 2 locations of Semi D which is located at Taman Sinar Baru and Taman Soon Kiong at the moment. We wish you have an memorable stay with us. Book your dates now, Remarks: **Check-in time: 3PM ** Check-out time: 12PM ** If you have children or infants staying together, kindly notify us in advance. **Cleaning/ room service not performed during the stay. ** Due to limited parking space, kindly notify us in advance as well if you have your own vehicle to our place. ** Please keep the rooms and the entire house (inside and outside) clean at all times. The rubbish should be packed and put into the rubbish bin. Items to bring/prepare by guests: -Toothbrush & toothpaste -Food (if cook) The price is not for majlis, event or party. Discussion is allowed for special events.
Its a peaceful & quiet area. Shouldnt do loud voices to avoid complains. All neighbourhood is friendly and nice.
