Things are equipped. You have heater, bed, games, TV, washing machine too…just the equipment is abit run down. Water heater need to rest after one round shower else the heater pump will malfunction. The same with TV, we were watching election result and the projector shut down.

## For ALL visitors, the following documents must be prepared and submitted to enter the premise: a. IC/ Driving license image one person only for registration (Malaysia citizen) b. Passport image for registration (Non-Malaysia citizen) All SOP are required to comply with. We are located at upstairs of a shophouse which just 5mins short walk to Jonker Street. This 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms unit can accommodate 17 person comfortably. We provide towels, TV projector, Thermo pot (kettle), microwave, shampoo and body shower, washing machine, dryer and fridge. Please take note that we will collect full payment via bank transfer to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after booking with instructions. RM100 security deposit via bank transfer is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable after housekeeping done and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A simple person that strongly believe that we should smiles always to make life better :) The vacation home is running by me and my family, we will try to ensure every guests have a good and memorable time here, just like our name: The Gatherings Place, where many gatherings happen happily in this place :)
As this is a shophouse that so near to Jonker Street (old town), the neighborhood full of many local famous nice foods, morning market, Saturday evening market and convenient stores with just stone throw away, which is Pak Putra Tandoori Chicken, Duck Noodles, Big Bowl Ice, Night Dim Sum, Vegetarian food, Claypot Asam Pedas, 7-11, Sun May Hiong Pork Satay, Hawker Center, Tanka Fishball Noodle~~~oh ya, not to forget Melaka River just 3mins walking away too~~
