A fully-furnished, one-storey intermediate terrace house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an on-site covered and fenced carport (park at your own risk). This house is strictly a cigarette SMOKE-FREE, VAPING-FREE, PET-FREE, ALCOHOL-FREE and PORK-FREE property, in order to protect our guests' racial and religious sensitivities. Equipped with remote auto-gate, free WiFi, 4 air-conditioners, smoke detectors, security alarm system (24h/d motion sensor at the rooftop), washer, ironing facilities, TV+Astro On Demand, refrigerator, water filter, microwave and other electrical appliances. We do provide one towel/bedroom and complimentary coffee/tea. It is COMPULSORY for the main guest to complete a Google Form shared link within 24h after the booking in order to comply with our T&C, failure to do so may result in cancellation. HGH1 allows max 7 people at a time: (1) 1x Queen bed in the master bedroom with air-conditioner, (2) 1x Queen bed + 1x Sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom with air-conditioner, (3) 1x Single bed + 1x Single pull-out bed in the 3rd bedroom. Only 1 extra guest is allowed to stay on top of the original max limit of 7 guests with an additional charge of RM30/pax/night (no charge for a child 2 years and below sleeping on the existing bed).

The house is located in a quite neighbourhood of Bertam Perdana and in the vicinity to many local amenities: Klinik Komuniti Kepala Batas (previously known as Klinik 1 Malaysia), Masjid Abdullah Fahim, Vision Park Recreational Park, Penang Golf Resort, Malaysia Productivity Center (MPC), Kompleks Sukan Kepala Batas, Dewan Millenium, Wisma Persekutuan SPU, Kompleks Dato Kailan, Hotel Seri Malaysia, Bertam Walk / Bertam Kiosk, Hospital Kepala Batas, Kolej Matrikulasi Pulau Pinang, Kolej Komuniti Kepala Batas, etc. Other nearby educational institutions (5-10 min) are MRSM Ulul Albab Kepala Batas, Giat MARA, SM Sains Kepala Batas, ILP Kepala Batas, UiTM Bertam Kepala Batas, IPPT USM, and Kolej Kejururawatan Bertam.
