The location of the accommodation stay is just wonderful. It is the same floor as the swimming pool and outdoor playground facility. The staff, Kenny receiving us has been very informative and helpful. The duty call team will attend to your request or queries even after office hour. Abdul the security guard is always friendly and has been helpful too.

Our unit is just right above of the famous Imago shopping mall in Sabah KK within a walking distance, and we are surrounded by many delicious restaurant and exciting night life. - 15 minutes from airport - 10 minutes away from the Philippine&handicraft market -15 minutes away from Sutera habour. -10 minutes away from Sunday market - 10 minutes away from Waterfront. -15-20 minutes away from Mosque(City Mosque) *Please take notes* Only one residential car park card provided. Kindly noticed that this unit NO HEAVY COOKING. 📣NO SMOKING ALLOWED 🚭 Here are some house rules: 1. Keep our home secure and lock doors & windows when leaving 2. RM 300 security deposit will be collected by bank transfer before check in, refunded after check out within 24-48 hours. 3. If evidence of SMOKING is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of RM300 for the removal of odours, debris and such. 4. No durian allowed 5. Kindly keep the place net and clean before check out 6. Check-in time after 3 pm, HOST has the right to reject early check-in to make sure the cleanliness of the house. 7.
