Please be informed that the villa does not accept third party credit card payments. You will be required to kindly present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. In the event that you do not have the credit card used to make the booking, you will be required to make full payment on the credit card that you have in your possession. Charges on the previous credit card will be refunded within 14 working days.

Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mouassal) is strictly prohibited in The Townhouse. Tenants are permitted to smoke on the front porch and outside deck of ground floor only. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking* is not permitted on balconies of the first or second floors. Should a tenant smoke inside the house, rooms and living areas, they will forfeit their deposit and subject to a cleaning fee equivalent to one nights room charge at the prevailing rate. Please be kind enough to respect this agreement.

到店时需支付损毁押金：MYR 1,000。 该押金将通过信用卡收取。 退房时此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将通过信用卡全额返还。
