It's perfect for family trips! Clean, great location, has a convenience store in the building, and is right next to a mall with everything you need. The breakfast was perfect, with all the essentials. The staff is friendly, respectful, and efficient. The pool is great, a playground, and has everything you need for comfort. I really liked it!

The location was good with shopping and eating places in close proximity. The apartments were very spacious and clean and had great amenities. The pool , gym and facilities were fabulous. The staff were professional, very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was very enjoyable due to its location, convenient parking, cozy lobby, and friendly staff. There was a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby - we actively used it. We were given the top floor as per our request and checked in much earlier than the set time, for which we are very grateful. The view of the Petronas Towers from the window was breathtaking. The room was very spacious. There's a separate study and two bathrooms. There's an excellent washing machine with a drying function. We really liked the kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. Just 200 meters from the hotel, there's a large shopping center with cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as the Ampang Park metro station nearby. There's a great pool on the 5th floor and a 24-hour self-service shop without vendors, where you can buy necessary items at any time.

The apartment is nice and spacious. The location is great and it is easy to move around the city. There is a great view of Petronas Towers from the suite we occupied. The building has a 24-hour unmanned self-service store which was pretty cool and convenient. A short walking distance away is a mall where you can get groceries or food if you wish.

Stayed for a week and loved that it was close to the city centre and easy to get to places, the kitchen was equipped enough for our stay and we were able to cook meals every night. Intermark mall has a grocery store which is few minutes walk away. Highly recommended if you are staying for more than a few days. Staff were hospitable and welcoming always :)
