Ajah Bungalow is a home away from home with her own compound with a private garden located in a quiet and secured gated community. The streets from the highway to this property is paved with interlocking tiles, providing a quiet and serene atmosphere. This property has three large bedrooms, with the masters room made extra large with a full home feeling. The entire space in this property from the rooms to the living room to the kitchen and all facilities are furnished with care and attention. This home is equipped with a solar and battery systems to ensure uninterrupted electricity for most uses. The solar systems will provide electricity for all lights, fan, electronics and TV needs for 24hours. The Air conditioners are powered by public electricity which is available most times.

The home is a quiet and well secured gated community, which itself is located some midway between the new Industrial free trade area of Lekki also known as Lekki Free trade zone and Lagos Island, the commercial centre of Lagos.
