Secure and serene neighbourhood, especially as the King's Palace (Oba Oniru Palace) is just around the corner. Decorum must be maintained at all times - go in and out peacefully and quietly. Good road network for evening walks, jogging etc The Oniru market is within 5-10 minutes walk, if you wish to cook a local dish and have that true Nigerian experience. The Palms Shopping Mall is within 5-10 minutes walk, if you wish to have a more modern shopping experience The neighbourhood is in close proximity to everywhere and everything you would like to do There's free parking in the building. There is free parking outside the building but depending on where you park, you might have to pay N1000 for however long you park. The easiest way to get around is using a taxi (Uber). It's a secure estate so public transportation is not allowed. You might need to walk about 10 minutes to catch a bus. The property is in close proximity to a lot of places so if you feel up to taking a stroll, you can cover a lot of ground within 10-30 minutes
