Casablanca is one of the few truly beach front homes with swimming pool available for vacation rental in this area. It is situated on perhaps Nicaragua's most beautiful stretch of sand and is conveniently located right between two premiere surf breaks. It contains all the creature comforts: AC throughout the entire house, Wi-Fi, cable TV, propane BBQ grill, back up generator, housekeeping and even an optional meal plan service providing three delicious and freshly prepared meals daily. Casablanca is a 4BR/3BA traditionally built colonial style home using lots of local tile and quality hardwood finishes. It has 4 generously sized bedrooms, each with big views of the sea. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and two rooms each have 2 single beds each that can unified to create a king bed upon request. The upstairs bedrooms each have sliding doors that open to the decks, veranda, and ocean beyond. Casablanca is a full service rental; complete with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable.

This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests. There are several great food options within the Hacienda Iguana development and many other good restaurants nerby. Other businesses in the Hacienda Iguana community include a Spa, 2 small convenience stores with a variety of grocery items and an ATM is located on the property. Other activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding and in-home massage is also available. We have a well merchandised store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, which offers souvenirs, surf accessories, clothing, beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, wet suit vests and tops, rash guards and more! We also rent scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and SUPs out of this location as well.
