Townhouse #9 is a comfortable two-story, two bedroom home that offers over 1,500 square feet of living space. Located between two neighborhoods of the Hacienda Iguana beach and golf course community, the townhouse is a short, picturesque walk from the beach and an ideal place to spend your vacation. The townhouse boasts two porches and a balcony: a closed porch with an outdoor shower, surf rack and sink to clean fish; a porch off the dining room that overlooks the golf course with rockers and a fan; and a master bedroom balcony with hammock chairs to relax in the evening. The first floor is open concept, with the kitchen flowing into the living and dining room. There is also a convenient half bath downstairs. The living room houses a 42” TV and Wi-Fi ready DVD player, and plenty of videos, books and games to enjoy when not on the beach. There is Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the house, as well as satellite TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishware and up-graded appliances to facilitate cooking or order in. This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests. There are several great food options within the Hacienda Iguana development and many other good restaurants nerby. Other businesses in the Hacienda Iguana community include a Spa, 2 small convenience stores with a variety of grocery items and an ATM is located on the property. Other activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding and in-home massage is also available. We have a well merchandised store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, which offers souvenirs, surf accessories, clothing, beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, wet suit vests and tops, rash guards and more! We also rent scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and SUPs out of this location as well.
