This is an amazing property , probably the nicest location on Ometepe As a bonus the property manager Erik is amazing , he sent us a list of things to do on the island as well as all the best restaurants. He even set us up with the guide to hike conception Our only mistake with this place was not staying longer. Beautiful location , beautiful view , beautiful service , very reasonable price . I have never seen such a beautiful outdoor veranda kitchen set up . Do not hesitate , villa Ometepe is the best place to stay on the island

Eric met us at the property when we arrived, gave us the grand tour and handed over the keys, no problem! The accommodations were AWESOME and beautiful! Eric's gardens were gorgeous, pictures can't do them justice! The place was phenomenal, sitting on the deck, looking westward as the sun sets over the lake. We rented ATVs, so getting around was easy. The local folks were very nice and welcoming. It was a wonderful place to visit! Thanks Eric!

There is no other house like this on Ometepe. The views from the Jacuzzi and the verandah below were spectacular, as well as relaxing. Many of the other options on the island do not offer air condition. For Americans like myself, the cool air was very much appreciated. The house was very clean and well kept. Eric keeps the property well maintained. He is also a good source of information about the island.

Loved everything! Very spacious and private house. Eric, the house manager, is the best - he is so friendly, speaks both English and Spanish fluently, lives on the grounds and will help with anything and everything to ensure that you have a great stay - he is always available. He also connected us with a great driver named Eddy. This place has an amazing hot tub and view, beautiful upstairs deck with a great kitchen attached to it, a nice living space and bedrooms with air conditioning, as well as a Smart TV that connects to Netflix etc. The wifi is great for working remotely, it’s very fast, and there are no outages as in other parts of the island as this place runs on solar energy. Everything is new and cutting-edge.
