Rock Point (also known as Villas Iguana Beachfront Condo A-2) is located in the heart of the wave-rich Tola region. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo is located at the north end of Playa Colorado, with a river and Los Perros point to the north and two quality waves a short walk to the south (Panga Drops and Colorado beach break). The condo is on the ground floor with convenient walk up patio from the pool and beach. The condo is equipped with AC throughout, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, housekeeping service and even an optional meal plan service! The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and sliding doors that lead out to the oceanfront patio. Each of the 2 guest rooms contain 2 single beds, which can be converted to king beds upon request. At Rock Point you will find a well appointed kitchen and a comfortable living room, offering you all the comfort creatures of home on your beach paradise vacation.

This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests. There are several great food options within the Hacienda Iguana development and many other good restaurants nerby. Other businesses in the Hacienda Iguana community include a Spa, 2 small convenience stores with a variety of grocery items and an ATM is located on the property. Other activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding and in-home massage is also available. We have a well merchandised store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, which offers souvenirs, surf accessories, clothing, beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, wet suit vests and tops, rash guards and more! We also rent scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and SUPs out of this location as well.
