If you want to check in always call 30 minutes ahead, otherwise I cannot guarantee to be there on time. Check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 11:00. Other fee's are (can be requested 2 days before check in and only when available) Early check in 09:00 - 15:00 (extra cost) Late check in between 21:00 - 00:00 (extra cost) Late check out 11:00 - 15:00 (extra cost) Unfortunately we do not offer check in/out between 24:00-07:00.

Lovely, brand new B&(NO)B located near Damsquare. You will share this apartment with your host. The host lives on the top floor loft and you will share the kitchen with the host. You will have your own private bathroom, toilet en 2 bedrooms. Please keep the heating low due to the developments in the gas industry. We want to think about the environment and create attention for Ukraine by sitting in the cold together. We're stronger together! Due to legal requirements in relation to the bed & breakfast permit granted by the city council of Amsterdam it is not possible to lock your room door. However, the main entrance to the building of course can be closed. Note: There are quite a few steep stairs (Loft apartment) so this apartment is not suitable for people with a physical disability.
