Company information

Hello, I'm Nynke and together with my husband Meindert we have the marina in Jutrijp. Since August 2014 we also rent boats for overnight stays. Our boats are not luxurious shiny yachts but nice cozy boats. We strive that during your stay you lack nothing that is within our capabilities. We have had many guests from all over the world and one of the best things about hosting is the almost always positive response from the guests. It is nice to see how the guests enjoy life on and near the water. Meindert and I live on the marina site, so we are almost always nearby for questions or assistance.

Property information

Come and enjoy the peace and nature! The boat is located on a wide green belt on an island with other boats. There is a view over the meadows and there is often a breathtaking sunset. Guests cannot sail by boat, but a cruise with a captain can be booked. The boat has a small kitchen with running water, fridge and stove. There is a fixed double bed in front of the point. There are 2 single children beds in the sleeping cabin (70/170). Keep in mind that sleeping places on board are often a bit smaller. For taller persons (175 cm+) this can be a bit difficult. In that case it is possible to borrow airbeds to sleep on in the steering cabin.There is a fan and a heater. At the boat are a picnic table + chairs. There is a toilet on board for overnight convenience. It is wise to take a mosquito repellent with you. Fishing is allowed in the harbor, as long as it does not bother others. Dogs are welcome in consultation and must be on a leash outside of the boat. Breakfast is served on board for the first 2 days, after that guests must provide their own breakfast. The beds are made. Bath towels and kitchen towels are on board.

Neighbourhood information

The boat is located in a quiet marina in a small friendly village. There is a bus stop 3 min walk. Sneek is 5 km away. This city with its famous water tower is definitely worth a visit. Sloten, the smallest of the Frisian Eleven Cities Tour, is also a town that you should have seen once. Makkum is half an hour away with a pleasant boulevard and a gently sloping sandy beach where you can relax. But you can also go out on the water in the marina, with 1 of our motor boats or supboards. Peace and conviviality is one of the most important characteristics of our company. We therefore request that our guests behave as such.
