The apartments are situated directly at the woods with a large choice of walks and cycle paths (very well paved, the Texel MTB route, an ATB track) but also running and riding routes. The apartment was comfortable with a complete kitchen. But there are plenty of restaurants to choose from within 5km.

Situated along Dunes of Texel National Park, Appartementen Bos en Duin Texel is set in Den Hoorn. It offers free WiFi, a terrace and a children's playground. The beach is 2,3 km away, while villages Den Burg and Den Hoorn are within 3 km. All fully furnished apartments feature a seating area and some benefit from a balcony. There is also a kitchen fitted with a microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom including a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The beds will be made prior to arrival. Guest can order bread beforehand, it will be delivered at the door and in the evening, enjoy dinner at the hotel's restaurant Bosq. Pets are only allowed in ground floor units. The area is popular for hiking, cycling and horse riding. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 83 km from Appartementen Bos en Duin Texel.
