It was about 15mins from the centre of town which was ideal. The TV had a lot of options (Netflix, HBO, Amazon, YouTube and Airplay) which we were free to use. The home owners were very communicative about when they would be home, so we were aware of when there may be people upstairs, but they were always as quite as possible.
