Boutique guesthouse Clementine with luxury and comfort located in a green area in a quiet street in the pleasant village of Oerle. Oerle is located on the edge of Veldhoven and offers all the beauty of nature and at the same time the convenience of the city around the corner. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance and the center of Veldhoven offers a wide variety of facilities such as a cinema, restaurants, a swimming pool, sports facilities, etc. The green surroundings are ideal for beautiful walking and cycling trips. The guesthouse is located behind the main house and offers plenty of privacy and greenery. The guesthouse has an area of ​​54m2 consisting of a spacious living room with an equipped open kitchen with work island. There is a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and induction stove with oven built-in. In addition, there is a separate microwave. The living room has a TV screen with netflix. There is also an air conditioner built in that can cool or heat the house if desired, next to the fireplace. There is a clothes rack in the bedroom. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink. This space offers enough extra storage space if desired. The terrace is 36 m2 and has a view of the garden. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, from where you can be in the center of Eindhoven, Strijp-S in 20 minutes. E3- Beach is 5.5 km away. The High Tech Campus is about 6 km away and the ASML head office is 3 km, making the bungalow also suitable for business travelers.

With the start of our rental of the guesthouse, we can give substance to this passion. We look forward to welcome you!
Oerle is a village in the municipality of Veldhoven. In a beautiful green area with an active arid Veldhoven is known for its village-like atmosphere, the high-tech environment, the high level of facilities and the many recreational opportunities. You can enjoy the Kempen nature while walking or cycling. It is always Brabants cozy in the numerous restaurants and cafes. a neighborhood in Veldhoven, with lots of greenery, the woods around the corner to get out into nature. There are 2 restaurants and a cafeteria within walking distance. The bus stop takes you to the heart of Eindhoven in no time.
