We were let in by Rene who is a truly exceptional host, I guess his previous life as a tour guide is serving him well. The apartment is fresh, clean and bright, The view from the terrace on the top was glorious on what was apparently the first sunny weekend in Amsterdam for some time. That really is very special. There are loads of good places to eat and the walk through the nearby park is worth doing everyday. Transport into the city centre is easily accessible and the area is leafy and pleasantly cosmopolitan.
