The location was amazing and gave us a great experience of living on the water. We enjoyed breakfast with the ducks floating by and spent the evenings playing board games after dinner. The local indoor food hall was fantastic, the local neighbourhood had so much to offer. We used the trams with ease to quickly get to all the sights.

Experience Dreamtime culture on our Dreamtime Houseboat. Enter a world of art and nature surrounded by rippling water, birdlife and small boats cruising by. Dream on floating water and wake up in a wonderful private and peaceful atmosphere. Have your breakfast and coffee outside or inside by the water under the entresol. Dreamtime Houseboat is artistically designed to create a spacious and harmonious atmosphere. The large bronze mirror wall reflects the incoming light at day and night. It is one big space with a roof window that opens up when wanted. Have full contact with the water and birdlife outside. Do not be surprised if they come asking for some food. Multi coloured walls and ceiling combined with Australian Aboriginal Art adds to the Dreamtime experience. At night the many little dimmed lights give it a luminous colourful atmosphere with reflections of the water coming inside. All beds are high quality boxspring beds. The TV is packed with channels like Netflix, Apple Tv, Disney and many European tv channels. Modern kitchenette with high quality equipment. 3 different coffee makers with quality coffee and equipment to make a nice breakfast. See the amenities for more
I have a gallery in town with Australian Aboriginal Art. I have this gallery for 25 years now.(Aboriginal Art & Instruments). The paintings in the Houseboat are made by Australian Aboriginal Artists. I like to interior decorate houses and shops. I have redecorated my shop several times and this new modern Houseboat I decorated in 2010. New is a record store that I opened on the same location. Named Zap Records.
Located very close to the old city centre. A very unique and beautiful location. There is no canal so close to all major museum, famous Vondel park and the city centre with so much privacy and peaceful atmosphere. We waited 10 years for a place on this canal! This neighbourhood is the best in Amsterdam for its many little picturesque restaurants, cafe’s, lunchrooms and shopping streets. Organic supermarket and several backers close by too.. We have a local farmers market around the corner with Dutch cheese, nuts vegetable and fruit stands etc. The new “Hallen” located in the old tramyard next to the farmers market consists of a foodcourt with cinema, cafe’s, restaurants and a vintage market during weekends. A local gem. Explore the old city by tram, dutch bicycle or even a small motor boat if you hire one close by. There is a public transport tram stop around the corner that leads you to all mayor tourist attractions. There is a car park 10 minutes drive from the houseboat that offers parking for 1 euro a day.
