Accommodation Upon entering through the hall, you step into the spacious living room, which seamlessly transitions into the large kitchen and dining area. The large corner sofa and a lazy chair invite for long evenings full of conversations or movie nights. At the 8-person dining table, you can enjoy a delicious meal or a cozy evening drink. You can prepare that meal yourself in the kitchen that is equipped with all conveniences. The kitchen has a hob, steam oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, wine climate cabinet, and even a wok burner. Everything you need to prepare culinary delights. And not to forget: the cozy fireplace in the middle of the house provides atmosphere and warmth on colder days. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box springs (180x200cm), bedside tables, and ample storage space for your clothes. One of the two bedrooms even has a walk-in closet. The luxury bathroom, with double shower, double sink, and a jacuzzi with light therapy, offers everything for a relaxing start or end to your day. On the second floor is a third bedroom with a double box spring (180x200cm), a gym for the sports enthusiasts among us, and a technical room. The sunny south-facing garden, with a large terrace and a covered terrace with lounge area, invites you to enjoy the outdoors. A place where you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning until late in the evening. The large lawn is ideal for children to play or for a cozy meal with the whole family. In the utility room on the ground floor, you will find a washing machine. Through the driveway, with space for 2 cars to park, the attached stone storage room is also accessible, which is equipped with electricity. Here is ample space for storing bicycles and other items. For the little ones, there is a travel cot (60x120cm) and a high chair available, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house.
