This holiday home + summer house are situated in Katwijk aan Zee in an ideal and quiet location, just one minute from the beach and the centre. The house is rented out all year round, usually to families or couples. In the high season (July and August) there is a minimum rental period of seven days. Holiday home Emmastraat : The living room has seating, a TV (102cm with ARD/WDR/NDR/ZDF/RTL), Netflix (NL) radio, Blu-Ray player and wireless internet. The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances such as cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, dishwasher and kettle. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second small bedroom has a bunk bed for two people. The third bedroom is in the loft with three single beds. If required, a folding bed can be set up in the double bedroom. The modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC has been newly renovated. The house also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the terrace there is a space with teak garden furniture and there is an electric barbecue. Summer house Emmastraat : The summer house is located in the Koningin Emmastraat in Katwijk aan Zee, ideally situated within walking distance of the shopping centre, beach and sea. The entrance of the summer house leads into the living room with an open-plan kitchen and the bathroom. The living room has a laminate floor. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob and extractor fan. Kitchen utensils are available as well as a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle. New : Central heating The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. The bedroom is located on the first floor. This is equipped with a laminate floor and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bed, 2 chairs and the TV furniture are made of Steiger wood.
