Enjoy the stunning views of lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables & the surrounding mountains. Kawarau Village is right on the door step with 2 great restaurant, day spa as well as the water taxi if you are looking at heading into Queenstown. Frankton shopping centre is a 10 minute walk. Remarkables ski field is just around the corner. All rooms are on the second floor. This property is of a hire standard and is not suitable for children. Only guests on the booking may access the property. There is your own private parking. Open planned kitchen, dinning, living area. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a meal together. The Master bedroom has amazing views of the Remarkable Mountains from the bay window. It has a super comfy King bed, wardrobes. It also has its own ensuite with large shower The second bedroom has either a Super King bed or two singles depending on the set up you would prefer. It also has its own bathroomwith a large walk in shower. There is a gas fire as well as heat pump and underfloor heating to keep you toasty warm. Please note this property is NON SMOKING Please note there is an apartment underneath that is occupied.
I love to travel and explore different parts of the world. It is a pleasure to be able to share my little piece of paradise with others. I enjoy getting out and exploring in my own back yard am happy to share some of my favourite place
The property is located within the Kawarau Village, with 3 Restaurants on the door step so plenty of choices of where to eat. Needing to relax and unwind the Eforer Day Spa is only 150 meters away. Chargeabout electric bike hire is at the bottom of the stairs and is a prefect way to explore the beautiful track. The Kelvin Heights golf course is only 3 km away, and Jacks Point 5 km. Looking to head into Queenstown take the water taxi which leave from the wharf 150 meters from the property. Coming for winter and looking to head up the mountain - The Remarkable ski field access road is only 3km away. Wanting to take in some amazing views and enjoy some animal interaction - Deer Park Heights is 3 km away.
