Located in a prestigious subdivision in the heart of Hanmer Springs (a short 3-5-minute walk to the Thermal Pools and Spa and Hanmer Springs Golf Club is just across the road), sits 3/7 Oakview Close. It is a beautifully presented luxury four-bedroom home that can sleep up to 10 people, making an ideal base for families or a group of friends to come together on a Hanmer Springs escape. Built over two levels, the hub of the home (on the second level) is an open plan living, dining and fully equipped contemporary kitchen which is drenched in sunlight. This all opens out to a balcony with beautiful views to the mountains complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ (gas bottle can be hired from the office). There are four bedrooms including a master with ensuite and walk-in robe, along with a luxurious family bathroom with freestanding bath and a second toilet are also on the second level. The ground floor has the garage which has been converted into a games room, complete with a pool table, ping pong table and dart board which will keep you entertained when you're not out exploring this fantastic slice of paradise. Warmed by a log fire with fire guard, heat pump with heat transfer system and double glazing throughout, this home is a perfect haven to enjoy a winters night in with family and friends or SKY TV for some light entertainment. Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $150.00.
