Split over two levels, the two spacious bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground level, with a private courtyard overlooking the Queenstown waterfront. There is nothing you won't love about your stay here. Our new Owners have lovingly refurbished all spaces and have discreetly injected tasteful luxury into every room. The new fully-tiled bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with additional second rain-head, underfloor heating and additional led lighting. The fully equipped kitchen would delight any home chef wishing to entertain in style, boasting AEG appliances, space galore, glamorous tiles and a locally sourced granite oversized bench-top. The renovations were completed with full double glazing, extra deep pile carpets, chic suede lounge sofa, oversized smart tv… even the beds were made to order. New soft furnishings include luxury bedding, wool duvets, blankets and the home is bursting with modern artwork! Access using a Digital door lock, guests required to arrive before 9pm.
