Welcome to Citron 9 – your perfect retreat in sunny Greytown. Located on a quiet street with views of the stunning Tararuas, set amongst manicured gardens with a flat lawn and even a meandering watercourse you’ll be right at home here. A cross between funky mid-century and modern centenary architecture this new build (completed in 2022) has the feel of a luxury apartment. It has been purpose built with the short-term rental market in mind, with two private bedroom suites both with ensuites. This property is ideally suited as a getaway for a couple or two couples to share. Oriented to capture the sun the north-west facing open plan living/dining/kitchen is stunning. Sink into the comfy leather sofas with a good book and a coffee, or perhaps a G&T on the sheltered and private deck that gets the last of the sun. Alternatively sit under the pergola in the private walled garden, fire up the BBQ and feast under the stars. The chef’s kitchen has all you need, with the induction cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the conveniences of home. If you can’t be bothered cooking, the town center, with a well-stocked supermarket is only 150m away. Ditch the car and check out the bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops only a 5-minute stroll away. After a hard day exploring the Wairarapa countryside, relax in your beautifully appointed bedroom with quality linen, comfy duvets, pillow options, bedside reading lamps, heaters, ample storage and your own ensuite. Each bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating, heated towel rails, walk-in shower with rain-heads. If you need it, a full laundry is also available for your use, perfect for longer stays.
