Loved everything about this gprgeous apartment! It was exceptionally clean and tidy! The views are so beautiful that every window captured spectacular angles of every photo and video we took from our phones even! The large sliding doors that took us out onto the terrace made us feel like we were in our own penthouse oblivious to its twin tower parallel to us, we left them wide open every single night whilst sleeping, it was exhilarating!

Our business Time in a Place takes the hassle away from holiday home owners by offering holiday home management which includes preparing homes for short term letting , managing of bookings and servicing properties between stays.

Property information

Recently renovated , this stylishly decorated sixth floor executive two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment boasts elevated views of Pilot Bay and Mauao. A large open plan living area flows to a private balcony where you can enjoy the everchanging vistas. There is a pool, sauna and a gym for your leisure and the popular Mount Maunganui main beach, Pilot Bay, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities are right on your doorstep. The master bedroom comprises a king bed and an elegant ensuite. Watch the cruise ships in the harbour from the window. The remaining bedroom boasts two single beds that can be converted into a king bed. (Advise when booking if you'd like this arrangement). A double sofa bed in the lounge is perfect for children, making this apartment a great option for a family of 5!
