We are proud to offer this superb villa which is from 2004 and built to take in the magnificent views that the location in Queenstown's 'Dress Circle' has to offer. Ceiling to floor windows provide vistas over Lake Wakatipu and to the Remarkables Mountains that are nothing short of breath-taking. Fully equipped and tastefully furnished to ensure your stay is memorable - you will not be disappointed. This villa is entirely private and absolutely ideal for a group of up 9 friends to have a few days away. The living areas and master suite are up-stairs, while the other bedrooms and laundry are at ground level. In the bathrooms you will find high quality bath linens and complimentary amenities. - The master suite has a super-king bed, an arm chair with ottoman and of course, its private bathroom. - Downstairs is another super-king room also with its ensuite bathroom. - The 3rd bedroom features a king bed which can be split into two singles. This room has doors that open onto the private garden and courtyard, which allows easy access to the spa pool. -The 4th bedroom also has a king bed which can be split, and this room also has private access to the garden and courtyar
I am a NZ-born (Gore, Eastern Southland) Queenstown resident of 26 years. A NZ registered nurse, I work part-time at the local hospital. My partner, Grant is an Australian-born (Cooma, NSW) burnt-out chef now working in food retail. So we like to eat...and drink - need I say more? I sing in two local choirs (tenor, but like a lot of males, more baritone).The choir is a real buzz when it goes well but embarrassing when it doesn't. I try to stay fit but that is losing its appeal as the years pass. We are proud of the accommodations we have on offer; we have put considerable thought, time and effort toward making them as comfortable as possible for our guests whom we are confident will be very comfortable.
This area of Queenstown on Queenstown Hill features quality established homes, the street 'London Lane' being a cul-de-sac so is very quiet and safe. Down-town Queenstown is 1.5km away with its more than 200 bars restaurants and clubs. There is a forest area very close with walking trails that will take you up to a look-out point, and there is a grassed area next door.
