From December 15th we require all staff and guests to be fully vaccinated. Please be sure to have your valid ID and NZ Vaccine Pass ready on arrival, as our staff will verify using the NZ government verification app upon check-in.
If you do not have a vaccination passport, and valid ID, your booking will be cancelled and the normal cancellation policy will apply (we require a full 24 hours notice - except for peak periods December 24 - January 10 when we ask for 48 hours notice)
