A warm, comfortable house just a stroll to Jervois Rd for popular eateries or 6 mins by car to Ponsonby for an evening out. The 2 bedrooms are great for visiting families, with a double bed & bunks in one and a queen in the other. The adult’s room also features a heat pump and French doors onto the deck. The bathroom and separate toilet are sparkling and there’s a laundry cupboard with washer and dryer. The well-appointed kitchen/dining captures lots of daylight and flows onto a sunny deck. The lounge and second bedroom are located at the front of the house, next is the master bedroom then onto the kitchen and dining/office area. There is a huge deck off the master or the dining room, which takes you to the lovely quiet back yard. The bathroom has a shower and vanity with a stacked washer and dryer tucked away in the cupboard. The separate toilet and bathroom are at the south end of the property. There is a second heat pump located in the dining area as well as heaters in both the lounge and second bedroom to keep you toasty in winter.

The owners of this property live next door and love this location for all the reasons that make the leafy streets in Herne Bay/Ponsonby so popular. You’re right on the city’s doorstep but there’s a paddock with sheep and chickens just a couple of streets away. If you enjoy walking or cycling, leave the car in your dedicated spot and explore; there’s so much to do with amazing places for foodies and outstanding shopping. Take a bus to the CBD from Jervois Rd, or visit the nearby zoo and Motat.
