Here, the beach is quite literally in your backyard, but there’s plenty else to do nearby as well! If you’re looking for a new beach to explore, the settlements of Ligar Bay and Tata Beach are just 5 and 8 minutes up the road, respectively. Meanwhile, the town of Takaka is an 8-minute drive down the road and provides everything you need including a supermarket, restaurants and cafes! As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around are life-jackets available to use with the kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.
