Located in Takapuna Beach, this accommodation is not an apartment with own access door. It offers use of the ground floor of the owners home. There is parking on site. Takapuna Accommodation offers guests ground level lounge opening onto front patio, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. WiFi is available and only the ground floor entrance hall is shared. Takapuna Accommodation is just steps from Takapuna Beach as well as nearby cafes, restaurants, shops and theatres. Lake Pupuke is short stroll away and bus stops are just up the road. Viaduct Harbour and Sky Tower are both 7 km from Takapuna Accommodation. The nearest airport is Auckland Airport, 25 km away. There is a hallway curtain to separate the accommodation area from the front door entry to ensure guests privacy

SUITABLE FOR ONE ADULT OR COUPLE ONLY Rate includes exclusive use of bedroom, lounge, bathroom (shared entry foyer which has a curtain in the hallway which offers privacy from the front entrance) on the ground floor of our townhouse ( just steps away from the beautiful Takapuna Beach and the vibrant heart of Takapuna. Shared entry foyer with owner and exclusive use of ground level private bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Bus stop nearby, offering short bus ride to downtown Auckland or Devonport ferry to vineyards on Waiheke Island. Hosts can recommend many local BYO or fine dinning restaurants and bars to enjoy while in the heart of Takapuna. Situated at The Promenade Terraces, unit 2/177 Hurstmere Road. Fridge, Microwave, coffee/tea/milk supplied.
A busy business couple, Lesley and Dave love the vibrant life of the beach and shops and restaurants etc right at our doorstep. We love to travel and see new countries, make friends and socialize
Steps from the hustle and bustle of Central Takapuna into this tranquil oasis, just a few metres from very popular Takapuna Beach. accommodation at 2/177 Hurstmere Road at The Promenade Terraces. Still only 10 min (non peak traffic) from the Auckland CBD.
