Welcome. This is the ground floor ofour home which we rent out. Please note it is not the whole house. We live upstiars. The downstairs is a large area and has two bathrooms for your use. Complete bathrooms with showersin both. One has a free standing bath. There is no lounge area but the bedrooms are large particularly the main one and has a small couch in it. There is limited cooking facilities, but does have microwave and two fridges with small ice boxes in both. We are a retired couple no children upstairs.
Sunbrae Grove is a lovely quiet cul de sac and has in the past one best street award in Mount Maunganui. Retired area. Only 93 metres from the beach.
