The property is situated on a sprawling 1-acre plot in Hawea Flat, about 15 minutes’ drive from Wanaka and 5 minutes from Lake Hawea township. Wake up to the sight of mountains right from the comfort of your own private oasis or relax in the evenings with a glass of wine under a starry sky.

If you like all things outdoors, then this is really the place for you. For starters, the property is within spitting distance of some of Central Otago’s best walking and mountain biking trails (the stunning Hawea River Trail and Breast Peak walk are our favourites). For the road or gravel-bike enthusiasts among us, the property is surrounded by a network of quiet rural roads, which are perfect long rides and exploring the area. Also nearby is the world’s first large commercial inland surfing wave, Yourwave, which is only 2 minutes away. Further afield, in Albert Town is the award-winning Pembroke Patisserie and The Albie Pub are must-visits, and Wanaka has several eating options ranging from budget to high-end.
