The Pearl resort is located in Barka 40 minutes from Muscat airport and 5 minutes from beach. The villa is recently built with features a kitchen and utility rooms, a main lounge (dinning 22 people) and setting room ( 16 people) .The sleeping quarters consisting of a master bedroom (swimming pool view) with Queen size bed and a private bath, a secondary bedroom with 3 single beds and a private bath. In the middle of the resort ,there is Arabic Majlis. The villa also contains 2 separate showers and 2 bathrooms accessible from outdoors. Speaking of outdoors of the gardens, feature several sitting area which can be used for entertaining or dining, as well as a traditional Omani carpeted sitting area, ideal to enjoy summer nights with the family. Also there is a closed female swimming pool with shower room and bath room. The pearl resort also provides children play area and the pool features a child section, In the resort ,there is private football court area. The villa with pool, in which you will stay, is located in the opposite corner of the compound, so that total privacy is assured.
