barman Cecill, so lovely and accomodating Chef Wendy- created some of best food we had during our travels, loved eating there. excellent breakfast front of house lady, very friendly and helpful with organising taxis etc, going over and above to help us have an enjoyable stay. pool was great, nice chill atmosphere

The hotel is lovely. Located by the sea, and at the northern end of Mancora. It is full of hibiscus, ample spaces, and has a great swimming pool. The rooms are very good, beds are comfortable and sheets are good quality. Everything is clean. The star of the hotel is their restaurant. Maria, the chef, is an artist. Every dish is both delicious and a work of art. We tried quite a lot of the menu and everything was outstanding. So much so that it was hard to go out and check other restaurants when we had this glorious restaurant at home. The people at the hotel was warm and kind, always helpful and with a smile. It is a place where you easily can feel relaxed. It has direct access to the beach, so you can just go to the sea for a swim or a walk and get back to the hotel, take the salty water off, then back to the beach when you fancy. If we return to Mancora someday, it is a no brainer that we will come back to this adorable hotel.

Really friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and any concerns were dealt with right away. Booked the suite room which had a gorgeous view of the beach and view of the sunset. Amazing to wake up to the sound of the crashing waves!

Excellent service!!! All staff always was so helpfull. Even when we needed to left early because of flight we got good breakfast. Beautiful teritory, clean, nice rooms.

J'ai tout aimé, l'emplacement, le personnel, les chambres... Tout était super ! Tout était propre, la cuisine était incroyablement bonne ! C'était un super voyage. Nous avons fait la rencontre de personnes très gentilles comme Cesar (un membre du personnel de l'hôtel) ou encore la fille de la réception. Plus généralement, tout les personnel est super et rend le voyage inoubliable. Il y'a la plage à quelques mètres à peine de l'hôtel. Je vous conseil cet établissement pour passer un super séjour 👍.

Todo, nuestra primera vez en Perú y en Máncora fue espectacular, el hotel es increíble, sus instalaciones super cómodas y su personal increíblemente servicial. Si estás leyendo, esto no lo dudes, este es el lugar de descanso perfecto. Está frente al mar, una piscina super cómoda, la habitación con balcón y vista al mar, las instalaciones super limpias y está muy cerca del comercio. Volveremos siempre. Gracias a todos los que trabajan en este hotel por estar tan pendientes y ser tan serviciales. Sin duda volveremos 💜
