The neighborhood is very peaceful as it is a luxury condo. We have pay parking at the basement floor/mall parking. 50 pesos for first 2 hours and 20 pesos on succeeding hour. 300 pesos overnight. There are also taxis or grab around the area and just one block away are public utility vehicles. The area is also close to major malls in Makati. 500-1km away from the area, just a few minutes of walk.
