We had a great stay! The host arranged a ride from the airport, which was super helpful! It was a short ride because the house is close by. The place is cozy and nicely decorated. We loved hanging out in the chairs outside. The living room has AC, so it's comfy for watching TV and just chilling. The bedrooms are cool too, with comfy beds. It's quiet in the house and neighborhood, so we had a peaceful stay. We rented a scooter to explore and went to a nearby market for fresh seafood. It’s also nice that we we’re able to cook at home. The host helped us book an underground river tour and a transpo to El Nido. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for a comfy and convenient stay.

We want you to feel at home during your stay. This home is personally designed by our family with love, aiming for a warm and homely atmosphere. About the house: Two-story cozy tiny townhouse that has 2 bedrooms located on the second floor: accessible via a staircase. There is also a parking space. WIFI is available throughout the house. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious patio featuring a high table with chairs perfect for work or dining, and a few rattan chairs for relaxation, some plants, and an electric fan for ventilation. The air-conditioned living room has a TV and an additional sofa bed. The toilet and shower are conveniently separate for added convenience. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cooking essentials, a microwave, and an electric stove, allowing you to prepare your own meals. We also provide free drinking water for your convenience. Just a few steps away, you'll find a shared swimming pool at the subdivisions's clubhouse where you can enjoy a refreshing swim from 8am-5pm and it has a user fee of Php50 for kids & Php 100 for adult. The two air-conditioned bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably (please refer the the property photos for the beds arrangement).

For getting around: The property Casa Privado is located at Filinvest subdivision. Public transportation(tricycle) are available outside the subdivision's gate(it is approximately 5-8min walk going to the gate from the house), but you can also rent a motorbike or a car for your convenience. I'd be more than happy to provide recommendations and assistance. There are available small convenience store located inside and outside the subdivision. When you walk across wescom road you will see a public market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegies, meat, fish, etc. There is also a laundry shop, pharmacy, across the road.
