Edgar and Miriam are exceptional host! Attentive Friendly and they genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. ( gave us a basket of fresh fruits! Yum!) Even the Karaoke is ready when we asked if they have. They already know what you need before you even ask for it. very informative on what you can do in the area. one of the highlights is when Edgar Invited us to witness the releasing of a Rescued Sea Turtle back to the ocean, it was an amazing experience. All in all me and my friends had a great stay . The Place is accessible and near to anything and anywhere you would like to be, its super clean and have all the things you need during your vacation including a Tent, table and chairs when you chill on the beach ( what else could you ask for? ) its the Perfect place to relax and Enjoy Highly Recommended.

Greetings! A lot of love went into EspIliNorte, and we're happy to share this special place with you. Sharing time between San Juan, La Union and Ewa Beach, Hawaii, being by the ocean is very important to us. The beach vibe plays a very important part of our lives. The cool waters revive and rejuvenate you. The tranquility of EspIliNorte offers peace, solace and inspiration.
Storyteller, environmentalist, music lover, art lover, nature lover. Ocean protector, let's do a beach clean up, let's go stand up paddle boarding, let's eeeat. Let respect and kindness guide our actions. Surfrider Foundation has saying I'd like to share with you, "protect what you love". Not just the oceans and the environment, but everything important to us. Love is always the answer.
Located on a quiet private road, the beach is only a 3 minute walk away. The public market, People's Park, city hall, police station, fire station, and medical clinic are a 5 -10 minute walk. A variety of eateries, convenience stores and other business establishments are also a 5-10 minute walk. We are centrally located in Brgy. Ili Norte, San Juan, La Union, to tourist destinations in San Juan, Bacnotan, Luna, San Gabriel, and San Fernando. And of course we are a 5 minute drive to Surftown in Brgy. Urbiztondo. Come to EspIliNorte, A Special Place To Stay and Play in San Juan, La Union, The Surfing Capital of the North. There are many things to do and see within San Juan and the surrounding areas. Of course there is the beach, surfing, other water sports and activities. This is our biggest attraction. When at the beach, always exercise safety and caution. The ocean is a very powerful force. Always respect the ocean and its power. Know your abilities in the water, know your limits. If you have doubts about your abilities, don't go out. The beaches here are mellow and calm for most people. But do remember, "this is the surfing capital of the north". During the surf season the ocean and waves are the most powerful. Be safe, be cautious. Jellyfish are part of the local community, lol. They're not always here, but time to time they do let their presence be known. You may see jellyfish warnings at the beach. Be aware, again be safe and cautious. Jellyfish stings are painful. I have experienced this myself. Check the waters before you go in. If in doubt, don't go out. The beaches here are our greatest asset and resource. They provide all of us unlimited activities and enjoyment. Let's respect our oceans and beaches. Let's take care of mama earth. Let's keep our beaches safe and clean for all of us to enjoy. The food in San Juan is excellent, offering both local and international/fusion cuisine. Stay with us here at EspIliNorte, and explore the exquisite cuisine.
