Exclusive Midori Paradise is a Smart Villa, very private and with a feel of luxury in all its details. Comfort with 5 star hotel beds inspiration to maximize your invigorating rest. A Master Bedroom with an extra large King Size Bed. Fast (100 to 500 MBs) and reliable internet with WIFI 6, streaming or working will be easy and a pleasure. A 2nd room with a Queen size bed, with the exactly same comfort as the master. Air conditioning split units in all divisions with air purifier. Furniture of taste and quality. The Villa hosts comfortably 4 adults. Alexa assistant available in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The subdivision has a kids pool and an adults pool, each guest pay PHP200 per visit to the pool, this payment has to be done at the Club House Office located right after the basketball court on the right side. Just mention the Block and Lot number to pay and get your pool access bracelets. You can also request paid access to sun chairs and umbrellas.
We are a couple that lives in Cebu City, we will not be welcoming you personally, but we make sure that our staff makes the Villa ready for your stay with all the attention to details that you deserve. Between guests the house is fully sanitized. For our guests we are always available thru WhatsApp or Telegram, contacts are on the house rules.
The subdivision is a calm place, with controlled access by security 24/7 There are small shops just a few houses down the street who sell snacks, beverages, ice cream and other groceries. Robinsons Supermarket and Anjo World is close by, same with Gaisano Mall, Seaside Cebu Mall is just 20 minutes drive away, Star Mall is 10 minutes away.
