Your own PERSONAL deluxe QUEEN bedroom and work-from-home office with your OWN PRIVATE attached, en-suite bathroom. Free Aircon! A peaceful and cozy room with a balcony terrace facing a quiet street view. Work-from-Home Ready Office for students, virtual assistants, digital nomads, writers and all else. 2 Extension and Main HIGH SPEED UNLIMITED FREE WIFI connections from PLDT at 150mpbs We also have backup pocket wifi from SMART Free private parking on street in front of property. No reservation required. Shared spaces include a full working kitchen, gym, balcony terrace and garden patio seating. Stairs leading up to your own bedroom. Please note we have pets (black dog, very friendly and won't bite, will bark sometimes + a black cat).
