You will have access to Ground Floor Living Room, First Floor Living Room, Kitchen and Garage along the number of beds chosen. The property is packed with all the amenities needed to make you feel at home – Wifi, Netflix, King-sized beds, well equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials and much more. The comfort and tranquility of each option an important feature. You will not find such a calm and family-friendly options to spend your time on short or long-term basis. All options are equipped with 24/7 surveillance system and electricity back up. Moreover, all are cleaned and sanitized on daily basis. A UPS is installed as power back up in case electricity goes out. A few lights and fans in bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms are backed up on it. The back up lasts for almost 1 to 2 hours depending on use. Air conditioners/Heaters are in all bedrooms only. Gas, Water and Society charges are inclusive of the booking price. In order to discourage wastage of electricity, separate charges will apply as per the total units consumed during the stay with effect from 1st March 2024. (The units to be charged will be calculated by subtracting total units at time of check in from total units at time of check out on the electricity meter and multiplied by the rate per unit of last month's electricity bill.)
