3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 story apartment. The first bedroom has a king sized bed, tv, fireplace, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a single bed with a pullout single mattress. Third bedroom has 2 loft beds. Each bedroom has access to the first floor balcony. Bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Dining room has a table with 6 chairs and a kitchen bar with 2 chairs. Living room has a fireplace and a large couch that opens up for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, dishwasher and a large refrigerator/freezer with a good selection of coffee and teas. Upstairs bathroom located off the kitchen has a large, walk-in shower. The second floor has a large terrace with seating area and a balcony with a hammock swing and small couch. The house is a smart home, so all electronic features are controlled with a remote. Climate controlled in the first bedroom and upstairs. Electric blinds on all windows allow for a completely dark sleeping time. Private garage is located beneath the building. Note: For stays longer than 10 days, we require a cleaning fee. We accept pets also for an extra charge of 700pln for one pet. Additional pets need approval and can be accepted for a smaller fee.
