The "Sunny Terrace" apartment is for 2 to 4 people. Located in the seaside district next to the Spa Park (300 m) on Monte Casinno Street. The beach is 1.2 km away (about 15 minutes' walk) and you can reach it by a straight, quiet road running through a restored park, which is a meeting and resting place for tourists and residents. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops, pubs, playgrounds , shopping mall, port, promenade. The apartment consists of a room, open kitchen, bathroom and a giant terrace with an area of ​​50 m². The apartment is equipped with: high-class comfortable double bed for 2 people, comfortable sofa set that can be unfolded for 2 additional people , fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, 2 ceramic plates, microwave oven, coffee maker), bathroom with shower and bidet, TV, towels, bedding, iron, ironing board. The terrace is centrally covered and equipped with 2 benches, a table, a garden hammock, sun loungers and a large sun sail.

Neighbourhood information

The beach in Świnoujście is one of the widest beaches in Poland - in places its width is up to 130 meters and a length of about 10 km. In summer, the sea water is warmest here, compared to the rest of the Polish Baltic coast. The bathing site located on the island of Usedom has been awarded the "Blue Flag" every year since 2006 - it is an international certificate awarded to marinas and bathing sites that meet the highest criteria in terms of water quality and safety. Tourist attractions in Świnoujście: * Lighthouse: It is the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast. * Spa Park: it was established at the end of the 18th century * Forts: Świnoujście is the only sea fortress in Poland, with quite well-preserved fortifications. * Observation tower: The observation tower in Świnoujście is a remnant of the Protestant church. * Wolin National Park: There are hiking trails, nature paths, viewpoints, bicycle routes, as well as attractions such as the Nature Museum, Bison Show Farm, Turquoise Lake, V3 bunker (the only exhibition of secret German V3 weapons from the times of II World War I) and many more.
